Thus, with that motto, on September 17, we began the Parish Pastoral Days offered to us by the Daughters of Christ the King this year.
It was a virtual meeting, where distance served to unite us more in spiritual preparation and in the close encounter, in so many places distributed throughout Spain, 84 participants, including religious and lay people, united with the charisma of Father Gras.
In that time of spiritual and human experience, we delved into the concepts of surrender, love, generosity, and formation, always with the desire to achieve a “New Pentecost” in our hearts, which would renew us inside so that we could bring the word of God to the different catechetical groups of our respective communities.
It was a close meeting, very well coordinated by Rocío Pérez de Ayala, HCR and Pedro Cabrera, CMF, who with their experience, good work and above all their great humanity and communication skills, knew how to educate us through the different images and comments, guiding us with the simile of “The Watering Can”, until making us discover that our Mission of Catechists is the instrument that God uses, through us, to be able to bring his word and his message to others.
Thank you both for your work and dedication. Thanks to all the participating groups, for their closeness and for their proposals, but especially thanks to the FATHER, because in those intense hours of the meeting, we lived and felt how CHRIST, teacher and KING, was among us.
