On Saturday, September 13, the Parish Pastoral Day of Spain took place, online, convened by the General Councilor of the Apostolate and accompanied by Father Pedro Cabrera cmf.
The meeting, framed in the 150 years of the founding of the HCR Institute with the motto For Christ and his kingdom and the pastoral objective for this year, helped us to situate ourselves in the present with a grateful memory for the path traveled up to this moment, but looking towards the future that we dream of, since we are women of faith and living hope... knowing that we do not go alone, that to the personal gifts we add those of the sisters... the service we perform is done from a life dedicated to the King and his kingdom, to continue bringing to life the motto “Christ reigns” in communities, parishes, schools, residences… wherever there is an HCR.
We were lucky enough to greet each other, pray together, listen to what bases our pastoral work from the biblical, institutional and charismatic... texts and images that spoke to the heart... share in rooms... it was a day that encouraged us to continue walking together to see the parish as a place of meeting, of opportunities, facing the challenges of life, letting ourselves be guided by the faithful creativity of God and good counselors (Pope Francis).
