In the months of September and October, we have held different meetings of local bursars with the General Bursar, with the desire to be able to continue our training, in view of the service that the Institute entrusts to us, and at the same time share the concerns and the different challenges that our daily tasks present to us.
On September 10, the local treasurers of Latin America did it, later, on the 17th, the treasurers of the communities of Spain and on October 7, those of Africa.
The first part of our meeting was formative, we did so from the call that the document “Economy at the service of the Charisma and the Mission” makes us to be formed for the economic dimension and to rediscover the evangelical dimension of the economy. The chosen topic was “Accounting in Church entities.” After a break, we tackled a rich sharing, according to each reality, of how to face the beginning of the school year, or in its case, the closing of exercises, with all the practical issues that entails.
We conclude with the commitment to communicate and help each other in the enormous task of continuing to be good administrators of the manifold grace of God (1P 4,10)
