On September 13, 15 and 17, the Trustees of the José Gras Educational Foundation, the Ownership Team and the Project Commission met by videoconference. The objective of said meeting was for the Board of Trustees to learn about the reports that the Project Commission had produced on each of the Educational Works in Spain. These reports are the result of the work carried out through the following documentation:
- The Performance Evaluation Survey presented by the Coordinating Management Team of each Center.
- Documents prior to the evaluation of the Works for this process and that are in the possession of the Ownership Team, such as the surveys carried out on the teaching staff of the Center in the 19/20 academic year.
- Survey carried out on the personnel of each Project once the meeting has finished by the Project Commission.
- Information on the building, facilities and equipment carried out by the Project Commission.
- Personal knowledge of the reality of the Work by members of the Project Commission.
In this process, these four main pillars of our Educational Works are analyzed:
- Evangelical significance of the center
- Educative community
- Supply and demand of the center and surrounding centers
- Self-financing of the center, property and facilities
The meeting of the Board of Trustees, the ET and the Project Commission, took place in a very fraternal atmosphere, of dialogue, interest and participation that helped and favored that the Board of Trustees could have a more concrete knowledge of the Educational Works of the Colegio y Escuelas Hogar de Spain.
