The week of Christ the King as in all our works has had a special touch, marked by the situation of the pandemic that has made it difficult to celebrate in a big way as it would always be done in all our works.
However, through a letter and a card, we have been able to approach the parents and representatives, who came to the School to leave school activities, that as we well know from the requirement of radical quarantine, we still cannot have face-to-face classes with the students. students, or general meetings at the Institution.
With the Staff, we were able to have a more serene meeting, which allowed us to have a moment of Adoration in which we prayed and reflected on the Parable of the Hidden Treasure; This led us once again to reaffirm that Jesus Christ is that treasure, who gives meaning to our lives, and sustains us in difficult times.
The students of the promotion, who every year are in charge of carrying out the proclamation of the Fiesta de Cristo Rey, did not want to miss the party unnoticed and, they proposed to make some videos that were published on the networks and thus make them participate to all the Cristo Rey Family of the great Solemnity.
It was a great joy that after eight months the Parroquia Nuestra Señora de la Esperanza, del Paseo, opened its doors to celebrate the Sunday Eucharist, with this we had the great gift of participating and renewing our vows in union with the Parish Community.
